fitbit – fitness for everyone…?

I haven’t done much exercise recently and as a result am starting to feel a little bit sluggish. I’ve seen lots of people walk around with their fitbit wristbands on, and the feedback has been rather positive. So, I bought one. Why not, right?

In addition to not buying any clothes in 2015, another resolution I am committed to is 10,000 steps at least five times per week. I understand this is the healthy minimum, but I doubt I would be fulfilling this number on a daily basis. At least now I can track my progress.

I chose the fitbit charge, which is considered mid range. I wouldn’t have a clue if that was the best option for me, but after a brief comparison of devices, thought this one was the best option for me.

Due to the miracle of online shopping, the wrist band has been purchased, but it has not yet arrived. I will naturally update you of my progress!
